Gregg Oser (President)
As the President of GRO Now Advisors powered by Sales Xceleration™️, I help companies develop high-performance sales teams to create or accelerate profitable growth.
GRO Now Advisors is focused on helping small/medium sized business focus on People | Process | Results as the foundation of a solid growth strategy.
Prior to founding GRO Now Advisors, I spent 19 years with Aramark in Sales Leadership and Executive Strategic Account Management. In addition, my last 5 years in Corporate Leadership included working in the Private Equity Space, leading various Executive functions including, General and Sales Leadership along with Customer Success.
Today, I focus on serving the small business community as a Business and Management Consultant and Talent Recruiter. I enjoy sharing my sales experience and expertise to enable game changing sales growth!
Taylor (Non-Profit Growth Consultant)
Taylor is a University of Akron Graduate with a Bachelor's in Marketing and Communication and a Master’s in Leadership and Management.
Her experience ranges from small start-up businesses to working with large corporations like the Cleveland Cavaliers.
She has a passion for consulting Non-Profits on Fundraising and Grant writing that started in college as a founding member of Akron Hope.
Today Taylor's works with a number of local Non-Profits and has helped ensure they have the funding to continue their mission!
Kasey (Marketing Manager)
Kasey specializes in Social Media on Facebook and Instagram.
She has a number of business clients along with experience driving participation in sports and arts programs for school systems in NE Ohio.
Kasey has a track record of Social Media growth and has created a number of co-branded promotions that drive traffic to multiple clients.
Her niche is in video creation and content creation.
Kennedy (Marketing Manager)
Kennedy specializes in Traditional and Social Media Marketing including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more.
Kennedy also has a passion for growing her faith based clothing business called Broken Chains faith apparel.
Kennedy has a talent for creativity and technical challenges and is a talented video editor and image creator.
